“Did not go to the bar or lounge. Parking was in front of window/door. I thought I reserved a balcony so we couldn't see out the window because the vehicle blocked the view. They did have benches in the grassy area to sit on.”

“La struttura nel complesso è carina ma secondo me non vale i soldi spesi. Colazione praticamente inesistente (nonostante l'ìnsegna reciti "Continental Breakfast")solo caffè e merendine confezionate. Spazio all'esterno molto carino e Watkins Glen raggiungibile in 3 minuti di auto.Buona la piscina con anche asciugamani a disposizione. Basterebbe migliorare la colazione per dare un valore aggiunto.”

“Jen, our host was amazing! The inn was very beautiful, clean and welcoming. The inn is within walking distance to great restaurants, pubs and Glenn falls state park. Vineyards and wine tasting start withing a 5 minute drive and the scenery ( lake view) begins right on the inn's porch or upper decks. A great place for our 50th anniversary "road trip".”

“We loved being tucked away up the hill with woods around us (complete with deer running through the yard!), but also a very simple and quick 3 minute drive to the main stretch of town. Everything was clean and lots of large windows for natural light and for seeing the foliage. ”

“The location could not have been more perfect. We were centrally positioned to enjoy all that is FLX. Our Host Mark gave us a through understanding of all the interesting and delicious wine and port he is creating on the Rock Stream property. We were able to relax, wander the country road and vineyards right out our front door. Thank's for the memories!”

“We had a great time!! There is plenty of cookware. We made 3 meals in the kitchen. Some of the dishes were not quite clean. This is likely due to previous renters and not the host & hostess. It’s a very cute little place and we hope to stay here again.”

“House was vwry clean and as described. Very close to all.local places we go to. Beautiful place with awsome outdoor space, loved the pond. Very quiet and relaxing. Would defently recommend. ”
