“Great cabin with river access. ”

“Pool was freezing cold , carpet had tacks sticking out ”

“Bathroom was spotless. Room was a little sticky/dusty in the far corners but beds were clean and comfortable. Room was large with everything you need. Room had a view of the river, which was unexpected and a bonus. Breakfast was a good standard hotel breakfast (waffles, yoghurt, eggs, cereal, toast). Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient to downtown via car but probably easily walkable unless you have a mobility impairment. ”

“Staff were friendly however the property was not maintained very well very run down and very dirty. First room smelt like cigarettes and had a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector with mousetraps all over the place. Second room was alright but had a weird smell and saw a cockroach. Luckily I saw no bedbugs. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming… very limited and everything tasted pretty dry and stale. Hopefully they renovate the place and everything improves as there’s a reason the parking...

“In una paesino nell’estremo nord dello stato di New York, si trova questa struttura molto particolare perché ricavata in una ex scuola. Le stanze sono ricavate in quelle che un tempo erano le aule, sono grandissime e arredate in modo originale. Grande ospitalità di Jim, che ringrazio per avere acconsentito ad un check-in in tarda serata. La colazione preparata da Donna è ottima. Da provare.”

“The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season”

“Great for place to sleep and workout great for us, but there isn’t anything walkable if you are hoping to go out. A plus was that there was EV charging at the school next door. ”
