“It is an ancient house with few rooms. The foyer is incredible! The living room with the piano super. And the tea room so cute. Then silence is the King of this area.”

“This is a wonderful gem not far from Ithaca. Rose and Rachel are kind and personable. The room I had was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return again!”

Entire place was beautiful and peaceful with a “Little House on the Prairie” feel. Complimentary, fresh, baked goods were available each morning. “Adorable suite! The owners paid a lot of a attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable. Only downside was the size of the shower. I would book again. ”

“Excellent communication with the owner for check-in. Owner had a lovely bowl of snacks on the kitchen counter. Owner also had a dog bed and dog bowls ready for my dog which was greatly appreciated. The home had a lot of character and the grounds were decorated with unique sculptured pieces. Great property for a family or someone with a dog.”

“You may wonder if the home feels small (1200 sq ft) or if "rustic" is a euphemism for run-down, but neither is true. The home feels spacious because of an open floor plan on the main level, and the upstairs bedrooms are spacious. Moreover, all of the furniture and decor are high quality and lovely. Even the bathrooms are beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you may need. The master bedroom's king bed is VERY comfortable - I slept like a baby. There is an awesome, high tech...

“I was dropping my son off for college and the house was perfect. Very close to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. Clean, comfortable, organized home with labels on kitchen cabinets, beautiful yard. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had a wonderful time staying here. Our kids (ages 4 and 6.5) loved having a big yard, woods, and creek to explore, and we loved the peace and quiet and connection with nature. The location was perfect for us - rural, but 7 minutes drive to Trumansburg, 20 minutes to the center of Ithaca, and 20-30 minutes to all the hiking and swimming (and some wineries) we could want!”

“We had an amazing family vacation at this beautiful lake home with amazing waterfront views. The home is beautiful, immaculate with tons of hangout places inside and out, and fully stocked with towels, bed linen, and kitchen items. We fully utilized everything with tons of cooking, dining and water sports like kayaking and paddle boarding. Wonderful time!”

“The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to...

"Mancava il microonde nella camera che invece era previsto nella prenotazione . Il gestore non ha risposto alla mia richiesta e non ha risposto neanche a Expedia che ha provato a contattarlo . In pratica non esiste un referente a cui porre le domande , esiste solo un recapito per incassare il denaro . Le fotografie che appaiono sulla loro pagina non corrispondono alla realtà . La foto principale è di una cremeria che non ha niente a che fare con le camere, che invece sono posizionate nella parte retrostante della struttura "
