“We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!”

“Met or even exceed my family's expectations to say the very least. Hav been going to NY from NC every year to a lake cottage since 1995 and this was the best one yet for families. All our friends & family that still live there wanted the info for this place in fact. Very well stocked with every day things from the start, didn't have to make an emergency run to the store. Thank you for the memories.... and don't bring your own games with you. Plenty of them there for all ages !”

“The room was old, worn and in a state of needing some repair and updates i.e. the drapes hanging down off the rods, stains on some of the furniture, door in and out of the room would not work properly, carpet old and stained, rust on the ceiling frames that held the ceiling tile up, wall paper peeling in places, small roaches in the room and more.”
