“The staff and room were great, however there is a serious lack in parking and the construction sounds were sometimes overbearing (to be fair this is only a temporary problem and when the construction finishes I think there will be more parking and less noise)”

“Wow! An amazing experience at a beautiful property, with outstanding service. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our travels in NZ, and this was truly the highlight of our trip. The setting is stunning, the food is outstanding, and the room is beautiful. But the staff are what make the place really special. “We did not take advantage of pool etc but the location with the bus stop in front on the property made in a very quick one stop from the busy and beautiful downtown. Restaurant and charming fireplace area for drinks were nice. Staff great.”

“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“L'hotel e' bello ma decisamente lontano dalla città, 11km. Durante il soggiorno non ci sono state rimess ed le bustine di caffe' e di zucchero in camera.”

“Accogliente e grazioso hotel di design moderno e rustico (!) dotato di ogni comfort. A due passi dal centro e dalla cabinovia. Due note per EXPEDIA: 1. non offrono più afternoon tea, 2. Non dispongono più di biciclette per gli ospiti. Sito di EXPEDIA assolutamente da correggere.”
