Non pensano minimamente ad informare il cliente che la pulizia della camera avviene ogni 4 giorni perchè scritto su uno sticker attaccato sul vetro del bagno. In altre strutture Hampton Inn all'arrivo il personale comunica al cliente che su richiesta è possibile avere la pulizia giornaliera della camera senza...

“Well the A/C was broken in both of the rooms we were put in. They were quick to allow us to switch rooms but by the time we packed everything up and moved rooms just to realize the second room was having the same issue it just wasnt worth going back to the front desk. The woman at the front desk was more than accommodating with the switching of rooms when we brought it up though. The staff was wonderful.”

“We stayed five nights at the Residence Inn Downtown Ann Arbor and had a great experience. We were fortunate to have a panoramic king suite on the fourth floor and it was a perfect setup for my husband and me and our dog. It was well-equipped with what we needed (the only ding there would be that some grout by the shower door wall and floor could use some love). And FYI, if you’re tall and/or have bad knees, the toilet is LOW. The staff were all exceptional. Adrianna, Stephen, and the new guy...

“The property was a mess. Rooms are dirty and house keeping is negligent! We had to switch rooms twice before finding a refund.”

“The staff was great, and overall it was a nice trip. The rooms that have the option of adjoining are not soundproof at all, you can hear almost everything through the closed door. Our air did not work, luckily it was cool enough but it was muggy. We were offered a fan, which was appreciated, but it was not a great solution. ”

The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. “We were very disappointed in the breakfast. It was very basic but the hotel description was way more descriptive then what was actually provided. We will not stay again because we needed breakfast be to be included and there wasn't much to offer.”
