“Not ce location nice pool but the room smelled it weird like not clean bathroom was ok”

“Great breakfast each morning. The eggs were real eggs. Not rehydrated from powder. We actually saw the employees bring in eggs. The employees were very accommodating. The rooms were so clean. Beds were very comfortable. The sheets were great. I am a freak about the sheets not being dingy. They were bright white.😁 The floors were not carpet so the room did not smell like many hotel rooms do from old carpet smell. The hotel had front, and back doors with parking all the way around the building....

“I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything...

“Staff is very friendly. Hotel is relatively clean. No free breakfast, fine, I don't like it but I can accept it. However, I believe it is absolutely ridiculous that I have to pay to park at a hotel that I am paying to stay at. Apparently being a Hilton Honors Member doesn't mean much”

“The hotel had a smell of old wet building. The carpet was a bit dirty. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had several options to choose from. There was someone sleeping outside the property but that’s everywhere these days. Overall play experience.”
