“The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking.”

“Awful experience. The double queen bed was booked so I paid for a king room for my sister and I. When we arrived we were told it wasn’t available and they I shouldn’t have booked with Expedia. After approx 9 mins of the worker “finding” a room it was a queen bed in an handicap room. My sister and I were squished in a small bed. Extremely rude staff, bathroom was not clean, pictures are not truthful. It’s definitely not the vibe as described, no one goes in there. I wish I wouldn’t have booked...
