Hotel vicino a Docklands Equestrian Centre - Londra

“Struttura nuovissima gestita in maniera impeccabile. Il servizio di ristorazione è di primissimo livello. La pulizia dei luoghi comuni e delle stanze è curata nei minimi dettagli. Ha una SPA non esageratamente grande, ma fornita di tutto quanto necessita. Raggiungibile con la metropolitana di superficie che ha la fermata a circa 200/300 metri. Insomma, nulla da eccepire a questa steuttura”

“The room I booked and showered on the page that’s not the room I was given . Also it was relatively dusty and I to clean it myself before I could sleep in it . I believe the cleaners can do way better . Thank you ”

“The stay was very good, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The only problem was probably the checking time being 3pm mid afternoon. but other than that there was no issue.”

“Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.”

“No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
