“Ottimo hotel a pochi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana di Royal Albert sulla linea DLR.
Ottima la camera quadrupla con un letto matrimoniale ed un divano letto molto comodo. Stanza molto silenziosa, grande e veramente pulita!

“Struttura nuovissima gestita in maniera impeccabile.
Il servizio di ristorazione è di primissimo livello.
La pulizia dei luoghi comuni e delle stanze è curata nei minimi dettagli.
Ha una SPA non esageratamente grande, ma fornita di tutto quanto necessita.
Raggiungibile con la metropolitana di superficie che ha la fermata a circa 200/300 metri.
Insomma, nulla da eccepire a questa steuttura”

“Very disappointing and misleading experience
This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated.
The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...
