“Room was clean and amenities were good. It was nice that the hotel was adjacent to the bus stop for an easy commute to the airport or Queenstown shops.”

“We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to stay in Queenstown, 👍 👌 😀 and we'll be definitely...

“The dryer sounded like a plane engine taking off and it vibrated the room and was so loud i thpught we would get complaints, it did not even dry our clothes after being on for 2-3hrs”

“The hotels sits within a busy shopping area of five mile area. Parking was easy. Checking in was easy. They do keep $100 when you check in and it is returned to you at checkout. Overall it was a nice place to stay. New and modern”

“This hotel was just okay, not great, but not bad either. The location was good for us as it was super close to the airport and we had a very early morning flight out of ZQN. We had a couple of rooms booked for our family but ended up having to ask reception to switch one of the rooms because it smelled really funky. Otherwise the stay was just fine. VIP rewards perk was a cookie and a drink from the little market in the lobby. Nice receptionist!”

“Our stay was incredibly disappointing due to the poor customer service. We arrived to find that the heating/air conditioning in our room wasn’t working, and with outside temperatures below freezing, the room was extremely cold. The only solution offered was a small fan heater, which barely warmed the room. When we asked if anything else could be done, we were simply told the technicians had gone home and there was nothing they could do. There was no effort to move us to another room, offer...

“It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle.”
