“Clean room, staff was welcoming. Allowed us a late check out. My only complaint, as non NZ travelers I was surprised that the 2 BR apt had only one split HVAC in the lounge area and none in the BR’s. Only on checking out did we realized there was a switch in the one bedroom that turned on a fan. I think written instructions would be helpful to us not familiar with this system. ”
