“Very clean comfortable beds and pillows. Very helpful friendly staff.Shower was dreadful no pressure and too hot or toi cold.No Kettle and machine to boil water was not hot enough. Shower seat in accessible room screws coming out of well couldn't use”

“Chalet Queenstown is a real gem. I would rate this B&B an 11 out of 10! Super clean and the beds super comfortable. The rooms have all the necessary amenities (including a view of Lake Wakatipu). The staff is super friendly and the made to order breakfast was AMAZING. The location is excellent. Less than a 15 minute walk to the town center and a couple minute walk to the bus stop. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”
