“I stayed here a few times while in the Queenstown area as it was the cheapest serviced apartment option and meant I had use of a dryer/washer and a basic kitchen (no oven) so I could cook my own meals. My bins were emptied daily by housekeeping and I could get fresh towels if I wanted them. Room came with a Smart Tv, which was very appreciated and a dishwasher which was another added bonus. Onsite parking is limited but I always found a space whenever I stayed, though this was not peak...

“The room we stayed in was on level 2 street facing. We had a terrible night with constant noise from the next door occupants. The rooms at the hotel are clearly not noise proof. Whilst no one expects complete sound proof. At least it should control the loud noises. We were also disturbed early morning with a huge touristy bus trying to park on the street on side of our room. The driver’s ongoing yelling woke us up well before we intended. Won’t be staying at this hotel again.”

“Loved that it is environmentally focused. Showers were great. Much better than they looked as I am not really a fan of showers over a bath. Restaurant was AMAZING! I would come here again regardless of whether I was staying or not. Wrong grind of coffee for the plunger, but that is really the only negative I can think of :)”

“After 15 hours of travel to arrive after 8 pm to have the front desk tell us that the email that I sent via Expedia was not read.. about arriving around 8pm and requiring car parking … please note they have very very limited parking .., we were given a map to drive the streets to find our own parking… which at that time of night .. was virtually non existent… if you are arriving with a car ..good luck finding suitable parking”

“What a fabulous resort! We were lucky enough to be staying in a one bedroom suite that was beautifully furnished and immaculate throughout, in fact so lovely that it was difficult to go exploring each day I would have happily curled up in front of the fireplace and read my book for 2 days with the occassional stroll around the amazing facilities! The resort facilities are immaculate, with a shuttle running into Arrowtown or Queenstown every hour. We are already planning our return stay.”
