“Great price for a nice king suite with jetted tub ”

“The bedding seemed dirty as there was someone else's hair on it upon arrival The housekeeping was spotty. Didn't replace the dirty towels or empty the trashcans daily. It was one or the other. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron.”

“Everything is just right. It isn't my first visit and definitely will be my preferred stop on my next trip in this location.”

“Amazing customer services from staff and clean room”

“Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was lacking.At 8 am coffee had run out, and no syrup for waffles. The other hot options (biscuits and gravy?)had run out.”

“Breakfast with limited options and that too they were unable to serve fue to shortage. Leaky bathrooms bathtubs and smelly corridors.”

The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit. “The hotel was largely vacant, with several areas boarded up. The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill. It was clear that the room hadn’t been swept or mopped in...

“Parking was good. Breakfast ended at 9:00 instead of 10:00 Room had.bugs, microwave was broken and we had to sleep with microwave door open or it beeped on and off all night. The light from the microwave kept us awake.”
