“The facility was dated, bathroom was so-so. Food selection was so-so. There was no coffee maker in the room, so my day started off less than optimal. The coffee available in the breakfast room was very dilute. Overall very disappointing compared to my previous experiences with Holiday Inn Express facilities.”

All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while. The hotels' web site advertises a continental breakfast. Nope. In fact, when we stayed there in 2023, they said that they hadn't served the breakfast since covid.
