“Very bad experience. Worst reception service ever! Unpolite ladies at the front desk. I have never seen anything like this before. Ridicolous breakfast. Small and uncomfortable beds. We have not been treated as guests but as enemies from the first moment. We asked the reception lady for the nicest beach and the answer was "there is one nearby if you don't like it it's your problem" looking at her phone and not at us. Small and dirty pool. “My husband and I stayed in the Cortez for three nights, and it was super clean and cozy. There wasn’t a lot of extra space, but it was perfect for sleeping and relaxing since we spent most of our time sightseeing. The common home was adorable. We didn’t end up using it, but it would be great for a larger group. We’re giving the pool four stars—it was heated, which was nice, but it didn’t get much sun for lounging. All in all, it was a great stay!”

“The problem was there was nobody to control the guests that got out of hand and kept us up for three nights straight partying at the pool with screaming loud music and have no consideration for other guests made for a terrible stay, blame most of this on management would not recommend staying there unless they made some serious changes”
