“it was a mostly quiet, secure gated community. the pool and the view from the pool is quiet lovely. i would have liked to use the tricycle on property, but that was locked up with no combo available. i gifted the property a laundry basket, as it is not convenient to use the community laundry without a means to transport. ”

“This property is very clean. Nice community, everyone is very friendly. The pool within the complex is large, heated and was very nice. Good location in the heart of Marathon. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had. ”

“Key Colony is lovely spot in marathon that makes you feel away from everything but still close to stores and restaurants. The unit is one of the best locations on the property with a beautiful water view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and grills. A little dated but clean and comfy with all the basics provided for a fabulous family vacation. Highly recommend!”

“Need a little get away, this place fit the bill. Nice efficiency type condo only a few steps to a small beach with a beautiful ocean view. Close to many nice restaurants. The weather wasn't perfect but managed a swim in the ocean and used the heated pool. Quiet condo complex. Since we only had a few days, the owner accepted a 5 day stay. Would definitely go again!!”
