“This was a perfect family-friendly vacation spot! The kids loved the pool and the lagoon! The Family Oasis room was perfect for our family! A king sized bed for Mom and Dad and bunkbeds for the kids to have their own space. The room was clean and stocked with towels, toilet paper, and bathroom essentials. We enjoyed the sunset cruise and restaurants on site, but also loved being able to venture off the resort! ”

Eravamo molto scocciati ed abbiamo informato hôtels.com. L’operatore si è messo in contatto con l’hotel e ci ha confermato che ci avrebbero dato una stanza migliore (vista spiaggia) ed altri omaggi. “Great property, my only complaint was we had the same room with a couple we were traveling with and asked to be next to each other, they said they couldn't we had one room in between us even though nobody was in the other rooms. So Boo on you!!”
