“Had a great time at the resort. Staff were friendly and well informed of things to do around the Keys. The townhouse was excellent. All the comforts of home.
The only problem I had was our townhouse wasn’t ready before check in.
We had to wait around 40 minutes past 4pm.
We arrived a little early. Around 3:10 pm but we were invited to all amenities on the property while we waited. Very relaxing stay.”

“Appena arrivati ci hanno informati che la piscina non funzionava (e questo dal 15 agosto) e dunque se volevamo andare in piscina dovevamo prendere la macchina e recarci presso un altro hotel. Eravamo molto scocciati ed abbiamo informato hôtels.com. L’operatore si è messo in contatto con l’hotel e ci ha confermato che ci avrebbero dato una stanza migliore (vista spiaggia) ed altri omaggi. Non c’è stato nulla di quanto promesso. Inoltre la colazione era orribile: ci hanno dato una scatola con...
