“The property has gone downhill the past few years. The staff is not helpful. I paid for a Waterview room and I received one of two units that faced the main road. Immediately called down to the front desk and was given the runaround for two days and then they never followed up after that. Nepal was so crowded that we couldn’t even get a seat the first day. There were so many people in the pool. The water was cloudy.”

“This place is great. Very convenient location in Marathon. We stayed in the adults only building. The adult pool was great. Beach area was very nice. Food at the Rhum House was excellent. Staff was very friendly. And there is Wilma! She is the resident pet cat mascot. A super friendly, female orange long hair cat.”

“Il resort è Magnifico, sicuramente il più bel posto dove ho soggiornato alle Keys. Il personale è presente ed attento alle esigenze degli ospiti!!! Semplicemente un posto perfetto per godersi le Keys. Il Tiki bar è il miglior posto di Marathon per vedere il tramonto e bersi un buon cocktail. Assolutamente consigliato anche a famiglie con bambini, noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini uno di 5 e 3 anni! Le piscine sono calde una è sempre piena di giochi per bambini!!! ”
