“All of the information provided by staff was accurate and helpful. I did have an issue with parking since another person was in my spot. Since I was required to park in my space, I was worried about being ticketed. I communicated with the staff via email and Expedia, but did not get a response. It was short notice and I was told that they would respond within 24 hours. The issue was that would not help me in that moment which is not anyone's fault. Just an oversight.”

“Very poor experience. It seemed as though the front desk was only helpful to male customers. The bathroom exhaust fan was not operational. There was food in fridge from the previous guests. The bathroom mirror was so dirty i had to try to clean it. My son could not use the pool as the water had a disgusting film over the top. Don't bother trying to call the front desk either....gotta walk down and talk in person. That's how and when it was very clear that since I was woman the man had treated...
