“All of the information provided by staff was accurate and helpful. I did have an issue with parking since another person was in my spot. Since I was required to park in my space, I was worried about being ticketed. I communicated with the staff via email and Expedia, but did not get a response. It was short notice and I was told that they would respond within 24 hours. The issue was that would not help me in that moment which is not anyone's fault. Just an oversight.”

“Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great”

“Check in went quite smoothly, got our room key, went to the room and walked in to a room that had not been cleaned, bed was a mess, dirty cups and towels all over. Went back to the front desk, they said housekeeping had all left for the day!!! One of the employees said "I'll clean it" had to come back in 30 minutes. Went for supper and came back to a clean room, but staff really didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all, nor did they offer us a discount or a voucher of any sort.”
