The woman then wanted to charge me a Pet Fee, requested papers on my service dog and wouldn’t allow us to stay in the room we booked. ALL ILLEGAL UNDER THE ADA. The office is across the street, and that property looked unkept, and the office did not look clean and up to date, but the service was great, and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. It did not smell (like smoke pets or must ,(or anything)) Nice place, and would stay there again.”
