Hotel a Eagle Rock

“In generale Hotel, carino, ben posizionato comodo in quanto dispone sia di piscina che di lavanderia. Il letto molto comodo, la stanza profumata l’unico problema è che c’era della muffa sul soffitto. Colazione ottima e abbondante con Bacon, uova Waffle e tanti altri prodotti.”

“We stayed one night for a Hurricanes game, and this place was exactly what I expected. We didn't really use the amenities, but the front desk staff were helpful, and our room was clean. We walked to the arena (about a mile away). Parking at the hotel was no problem and the breakfast was good (hot food included). TV in our room was kinda small, but we didn't really use it. I suggest bringing your own pillow (ours were very thick).”

“There was extensive renovations and construction mess throughout the hallways and common areas that we were never told about prior to our arrival. Additionally, no water for several hours each day. This clearly should have been addressed before we arrived from across the country with no time to consider a different lodging choice! This was a very unhealthy environment for my husband who has asthma, and very unsafe for us as seniors to be tripping over construction materials. Would not recommend...

“Room was clean and spacious. But the two tvs did not have enough channels. The receptionist at the night was not very helpful and nice. From the room were missing stuff like freezer and microwave. Also some information about the stay and parking were confusing and unexplained at the time.”

“This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.”
