“We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport.”

“We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. The only thing I would recommend (and it may already be in the works. I know they’ve been updating) is the mattresses. Very old, springy mattresses. And maybe a bear proof dumpster easily accessible to the front row of rooms. We had some poopy diapers, and we hate putting them in the trash in such a small place. Very small things that very...

“Second time i've stayed there and had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub, vanity on the countertop and even on the refrigerator. Front desks response was basically Oh OK.”

“when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out.”
