“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

“Excellent all around though may need a new bed. We had two queens. One of them was nice and firm while the other seemed a bit older and was more uncomfortable. Staff was amaxing and overall building was great and clean.”
