“It was a perfect spot for my wife and me, with our dog to hang out and relax for the brief moments we weren’t exploring everything in Austin. It’s very close to the destinations we wanted to go - Zilker, restaurants, 6th street. ”

“The bed was comfortable and the place felt safe and clean. The water pressure in the shower was terrible and I couldn't wash my hair thoroughly. I wish the blinds were blackout curtains. I'd recommend ear plugs and an eyemask if you're a light sleeper. I wish there was good coffee provided since Austin is such a great town for coffee. There is a good coffee shop around the corner though. ”

“Place was nice and clean. Check in was simple and host was easy to get ahold of. My only complaint is the loud stomping from the unit above late at night. Very difficult to get sleep when someone is stomping back and forth. I'm curious what they were doing up there. ”

“Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. ”

“Great location, within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Property was well kept and clean. Edwin and Mindy were extremely responsive and accommodating to ours needs. Would love to get a larger group together to stay again in the main house!.”
