Hotel con bar a East Columbus

“I have used the Cherry Valley Lodge, now the Cherry Valley hotel for several years. The hotel must be suffering from the lack of capital as the parking lot, sidewalks desperately need work, there are plants, weeds, or small trees, growing in some of the gutters at the top of the roof. I am told that food service is not that great. At one time the food was quite good. I had breakfast there three times and the food was filling and it was buffet style so I can’t really share much about the food....

“New property so everything was very nice. Hotel Staff in particular were friendly and very professional. With the exception of the pitt boss at one of the tables in casino. We asked if he could help us get a new players card ..he grabbed my license..said yeah and tossed it on the table behind him never looked up..finally came back to us 10 minutes later..wow very rude ..but as mentioned he was the exception.”

“The lightbulbs are low wattage. Bring some of your own to make seeing easier. also bring your own soap and shampoo / there are 3 pump bottles attached to the shower wall , who knows what they have gone thru. would have liked a recliner chair in the room instead of an odd shaped chair. room was clean / plenty of hot water and the ice machine worked well. Room was quiet.”

“Most modern and comfortable of all Fairfield properties we’ve stayed at. Breakfasts are always excellent!”

“Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. We were on 2nd floor; 3rd floor guest were quite noisy and may have been kids as there was moderate clumping across the floor for a couple hours, but then quiet after that. ”

“A great place staff was amazing free breakfast room was clean and if you wanna get out of the hustle and bustle of the taproom, they have a bar right there in the hotel, which was perfect for an night cap. They also served fresh baked cookies and a beer between 7 and 9 PM.”
