“The staff was super rude, proceeded to charge extra the next day then the amount they previously mentioned in the bill for parking, saying they add some sort of transit fees that is not related to them whatsoever, and I have never heard of such taxes at other chain hotels. they also told us the rooms on the top floor were booked a year in advance, when all rooms showed availability while I was booking a week in advance…. Overall the room was decent we did book their best room, but staff was not...
