The people at that property, one and all, were kind and considerate and presented us with a standard efficiency at a reasonable price with a balcony and ocean view! “Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !”

“Don’t listen to the google reviews my room was great clean has a microwave and fridge that worked well. AC worked amazing! The property is a little outdated and not perfectly maintained but it does not take away from the experience. Location is great. Only notes is a larger mirror would be nice and the couch cleaned but everything else was great!”
