But I never got the check in email, even after calling the morning of my check in, and end up standing on the curb outside for thirty minutes making calls until I got in. I would still book with them again, the room was good. But timely check in emails really help a traveler. ”

“Location was great for Shinjuku. Place is very cozy. It is comfortable for a short stay. Dryers are inefficient and no place to dry the laundry on longer stay. Bathroom is adequate but if you are over 6’ 2” be ready to duck. At my height I had to bend knees to shower or my head would hit the fan.”

“Please beware, this hotel is more like a hourly hotel. It’s not really designed for family or vacation stay. I made a big mistake taking my family here and booked for 7 days. Most rooms here are smoking room! The room really full of cigarette smell, even after turn on the air filter for whole days still unbreathable.
