“There was a problem in my room with the TV not working, and the front desk person really went out of her way to help with the problem. She ultimately decided that the best solution would be to just put me in a different room (and in the process, actually upgraded me to a much larger room!). She didn't have to do that, but it was greatly appreciated. And she even helped me move all of my belongings! Breakfast was the average hotel fare, but food was fresh and coffee was good. Room was very clean....

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . “Stayed for 2 nights during this weekends snow storm because I work in the area. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and very friendly. The room was fantastic! Recommend the one bdroom suite with fireplace if you need a little cozy getaway in the winter. The restaurant had amazing food and service. If ever needing to stay there again because the weather. "Ottima scelta in rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo a pochi minuti dal centro (a parte qualche minuto di coda bel tunnel). Gentilissimo il personale sia al ristorante che alla reception. Comodo il parcheggio superiore per caricare le valigie. Ci hanno addebitato per errore la colazione (compresa nella prenotazione) e alla nostra osservazione l’hanno prontamente rimossa dal conto. "
