“Ottima posizione! Camera spaziosa e pulita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Tetto panoramico per godersi il tramonto e bere un bicchiere di spumante offerto dall’hotel. A disposizione il garage a pagamento. Downtown si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. ”

“This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. The check in clerk carried my luggage upstairs for me and someone was sent to carry my luggage down for check out. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a long strand of hair on the beautifully folded towel. The bathtub and sink fixtures (faucets) were old and corroded. The blinds in the window didn’t fit. “Only a ten minute walk to the Space Needle. There's a big grocery store about four blocks north of the hotel so we were able to stock up the fridge with juices and food. Only downside was the compulsory $35 US per day charge for 'amenities'. Have never been charged that at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Should have been notified when the room was booked.”

“Room was ok carpets were stained (blood even) - bedding and linens have to be 20+ years old - just replace and add some fresh paint - replace carpet with some flooring !”

“Wonderful hotel in a nice location. Know that there is no elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage, or they can. The hotel only has 3 floors.”

“Breakfast was abysmal. The coffee was hideous! Smokers were outside at all hours, all over the property. Parking was iffy because the setup was weird. The sheets on the bed didn't fit and never stayed on, and that was the tiniest queen bed I've ever seen in my life!!! The tub had been "repaired" incorrectly, so there were lumps all over, and the shower curtain didn't have a liner!!”

“Hotel looked much newer and nicer than pictures shown on Expedia. Hotel is older and in need of upgrades. The first floor had an awful smell and fans were blowing in the hallway. Luckily, we were in the top floor, which had a better smell. The surrounding area had some interesting looking people to say the least. We were fortunate enough that the hotel was quiet and we at least got a good night of sleep.”

“Left a trackable electronic device behind. Called the property 5 times in 24hrs. Was blown off, hung up on and left 3 messages for hear of housekeeping and management. Unit had tracking on it and watched it move before it was turned off. Will be filing a police report and continuing to demand the issue be resolved and replacement of my device be satisfied”
