“Sono andata in questo hotel dietro consiglio di una guida. L'aspetto dell'hotel è molto bello e ricco di storia, è un vero e proprio simbolo a St.Pete. Purtroppo peró siamo rimasti molto delusi in primis dalla camera, troppo piccola considerando sia il prezzo che l'esclusività dell'hotel e anche gli standard americani a cui eravamo abituati. Il bagno era davvero imbarazzante... non potevamo usarlo contemporaneamente ma solo a turni. L'accoglienza è stata fredda e ci sentivamo solo un numero.....

“This property is in a great location, Parking is easy. Very clean and the people are nice. Especially the morning breakfast man and Maya. The odd thing about the hotel is that they don't have a traditional overhang to drive under to drop off your bags and check in. This probably stood out to me because it was a rainy weekend. The hotel smelled good and was easy to navigate. They also have a better breakfast than average. I felt this was a safe location and went out at night too.”

“I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. We waited over two hours just to check in because there were no clean rooms available, despite having a confirmed reservation. It was well after 6:00 p.m. before we were finally given a room. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. The beds still had hair from previous guests, and it took another two hours before someone could replace the bedding because no staff seemed available to handle the issue. The room keys also did...
