“The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

“Staff never came to clean the room. Went to front desk to ask about then cleaning out room they told us we had to out in a request for it to be cleaned so we did that and they still never came. Never came to give us clean towels or toilet paper. I had to reuse dirty towels and had to go to the store to by my own toilet paper. Will not stay here again. ”

“Property was clean but we had 3 people in the room and only had 2 towels. I asked both the front desk and housekeeping but we didn't receive any more. I improvised and took some pool towels.”
