“Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.”

“Posto da sogno , meraviglioso ! Abbiamo Scelto la camera top con accesso diretto in laguna ed è stato meraviglioso , L unica pecca , non ci sono sdraio per potersi rilassare dopo il bagno ,invece nelle camere con accesso piscina si. Peccato perché poteva esser perfetto! Il cibo nulla di così esilarante ma per L offerta avuta abbiamo deciso di aggiungere all inclusive alle prenotazione . Pulizia perfetta . Grazie panorama a presto , inchallah .”

“I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....
