“The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional. I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved this hotel! The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great! I accidentally left some clothing pieces in the closet. I spoke with Vinny last night and he was very courteous and helpful in assisting me in making arrangements to get these items back.”

“Howard Johnson goes back a long time. Always like the old world charm of the 50’s and 60’s styling. Only one small quirk was my shower knob did not work and it was broken. Fortunately it was stuck on a reasonable temperature to shower and used it as that. Breakfast was quite meager, very small lounge and limited food choices. But I assume it’s because of the limited space that had there. Overall it was alright and would go there again since my beach location in Clearwater was all but overbooked....

“From the moment we stepped into the lobby, everything was clean and smelled so nice. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The elevator was on the fritz so we had to use the stairs, not a big deal if you don't need to make too many trips to your car. The room itself was extremely clean. My only complaints were the super bright parking lot lights streaming into the room. The curtains did little to keep out the light. Love them for safety outside but not really easy to sleep. “Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. We politely notified the front desk and asked to please be moved. We were told that...

“The smell of old carpets was unbearable for me! If you are allergic or sensitive to old building smell, you might find challenging to stay. A/C unit in the room was always on and it was noisy. Even if we put it in auto mode, it makes just a fee seconds of brief stop and resume blowing up again. So little sleep.”

“Front desk staff was awesome! The room was adequate, laundry facilities were much appreciated, breakfast buffet was sub par. We spent much of our evening watching numerous drug deals, lots of homeless stumbling in/out of the property looking for cigarette butts and many other interesting things.
