“The hotel seemed in decent condition at first, and the outdoor pool looked nice, though we arrived too late to use it. The front desk clerk was helpful and quickly got us into our room. However, the sheets on my bed were wet, sticky and soiled underneath the seemingly clean comforter. The wet spot had been tucked right into the bed. “The first morning continental breakfast was horrible, out of almost everything...chaos..but the 2nd morning turned out to be very good.... Been to this place at least 5 or 6 times, used to have snacks available for purchase, now none....used to get a complimentary newspaper, now none.....ice machines broke except 1st floor....my room was on the 4th floor, no bar soap available, only body wash in the shower, not convenient if you wanted to just wash your hands..... “Firstly, when we arrived we noticed the place was not as seen on the website it shows a white building but in fact it is now painted red. Secondly, walking up to the front desk we had to ring a bell for service it appears the work staff are limited however the gentleman was friendly. We checked in then found our room. Thirdly, this is where it gets way worse. We opened the door to our room the smell slapped each of us across our faces, cannot explain the smell but if I had to guess…...

“This place is absolutely horrible. Not unkept at all, both outside and inside. Very dirty, elevator did not work. Room was nasty. Couch was very dirty, sheet had holes in it. No where to plug in phones. Water constantly leaking from the ceiling causing water to puddle on the counter and floor, mold in bathroom as well. The toilet was broken as well, it would flush but it would just keep running because the rubber seal inside the tank is broken. No headboard, broken lamps and lamp shades. Mirrors...
