Hotel vicino a Elk's Lodge - Richmond

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Everything was OK but the smell of smoke in the room. I'm not a smoker and may be I did a mistake in the reservation, it was too late and I was too tired to ask for a change, but at the end the smell was too strong.”

“Everything about the hotel was amazing!”

“Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.”

“The room and the check in process were everything to be expected; the staff was friendly, answered any questions and the room was clean. My only gripes would be that the breakfast was minimal and for the two mornings I attended breakfast, there wasn't any hot coffee or someone manning the flat top to make meals to order. They did have coffee makers in the room so, it wasn't a total loss, but my family was disappointed by the lack of made to order meals.”

“Our room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was superb. Hot breakfast was very good. Hot coffee, tea, and fresh fruits are plus and were always filled up quickly. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to Peacon! He was helping us with great joy and big smiles. Parking was easy and free for us as Hyatt members. We’ll stay here again when we are in Richmond.”

“Albergo tranquillo però i ventilatori nella nostra stanza pieni di polvere. Letto fatti ma con le lenzuola non stirate. L’acqua della doccia usciva un po’ fuori anche se ce la tenda. ”

“Durante la notte il condizionatore rumorosissimo disturbò il sonno. Nel bagno una lampada non funzionava. la struttura è comunque gradevole.”

“The room still had someone’s clothes the closet. The room smelled of smoke. A couple of guys followed my wife and little cousin around the building causing them to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The pool was off colored and all doors were held open by rocks. Went to the store and my kids called crying because a Mexican man walked in our room and he used a key but he was intoxicated and they had to push him out of them room.”

“The room was clean however our AC did not work well. They should consider adding another ac unit to the room.”
