“I was traveling with my husband and our 1.5 year old. We arrived in the evening ready to unpack and go to sleep. The front desk lady was having a bad day. She was super nice. But we arrived with the entire lobby wet and no wet wet floor signs. Then when we arrived in our room it was dirty and we needed to request a vacuum and they had us vacuum it ourselves. “It was fine for a nights stay ”

“Upon arrival, there was no staff present, nor did I see any staff the entire stay. A virtual agent appeared on a kiosk after about 15 of waiting. The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, smears of white stuff on the mirror and the bathroom was the worst. “Continental Breakfast “ was toast and dry cereal. 0/10 recommend ”
