“The lobby was very nice as well as the staff and complimentary items. Our room was a King Size room. It had a weird smell, stains on the carpet, scratches on the panel where the desk is, toliet paper holder was falling off the wall with wall paper hanging off. The sink squirted all over the place. The temperature in the room was hard to get below 77. Had to turn the AC on to 66 to get it down to at leastb75. The bed was somewhat comfortable and the breakfast was good. Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal. To make matters worse, a month later the hotel called demanding an extra $22 “hotel charge,” even though everything had...
