“I liked that breakfast was provided because there were no restaurants close by. I did not like the fact that rooms, especially the bathrooms are not cleaned daily. (I had a 4-night stay) It seems you have to request it. Also, as I was leaving for the day, I stopped at the front desk to request clean towels be delivered to my room, they handed me the towels and I had to take the towels back to my room. It wasn't that big a deal but it was a little inconvenient because I was on my way out.”

“The hotel was amazing, clean, and the entire staff was super friendly and very nice. We would definitely go back. We ate at all three locations and highly recommend. We also recommend the spa. You get access to another pool on your spa days. We went in May before Memorial Day and most of our photos and most of the time we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. We also did two hikes (2.2 and 3.2). Both were amazing and we really enjoyed our time there.”

“Hotel and rooms were clean. We arrived at 8 pm and upon walking into the lobby there was a sign on the desk that stated “I have stepped away from the desk, I have the phone. Wait 5 minutes then call.” I did and this person on the phone was confused as to why I was calling. When I explained, I was here to check in she was standing outside and I passed her on the way in. In my opinion she should have said hello and welcome if she was an employee. She was not in a uniform or name tag to suggests...

“Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

“room was dirty and stained like if someone had just checked out and they barely had time to tidy up . bed and pillows were extremely stained and sofa bed had a stained that looked like someone got stabbed lmao and room smelled musty . other room that we got moved to was a bit better but overall bad experience to begin my vacation”

“The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.”
