“I never checked in after my friend who also had a reservation for the same period called to tell me not to. Her daughter saw roaches in the bathroom. The place was so rundown. I thought getting a room in a hotel chain would guarantee my expected experience (a clean, safe place to stay). Pictures on site were misleading. “Well, when I checked, then I told him that water was coming up from the floor. They came and mopped it up but later on that day, they still water came from the floor again and it won’t no need for me to go say anything, but they told me they didn’t have no rooms available to move anything and I didn’t wanna wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back but when I woke up that next morning, the whole floor was full of water”

I ALWAYS do a quick tear down of the room just to make sure I'm not going to bring back any little critters that have no place in my things! Everything was crisp white for linens and towels, and the rest of the room was clean & hard surfaces were sanitized! “Rooms were super spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchens with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Loved the rooms! Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Pool was nice, clean and refreshing. The rooms with balconies, unfortunately have not much of a view. Outside our room was 2 dumpsters and highway noise. Hallway carpets were pretty gross. Dog friendly hotel shouldn't have carpets. Great location.”
