“We absolutely loved this quaint inn. It’s in the cutest part of Hillsborough. There are little shops and restaurants that are within walking distance as well as Weaver Street Market. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. ”

“After a long day of driving, the desk clerk, Carlos, was a breath of fresh air! He was pleasant, helpful and kind. The property is well maintained, The lobby inviting and the breakfast light but good. The beds are great. We were assigned a handicapped room; the the tile floor in the bathroom was slick when dry and dangerous when wet. The foor of the shower stall was also slippery.”

“This was the absolute worst hotel on the universe.It would have been better to sleep outside.The bathroom was dirty.The bed had cigarette hose in it.The room smelled like cigarette.It was, uninhabitable, it was worse than that i called expedia immediately to get a refund and get another room.the company i reserved this hotel i called the the hotel, and they said that I had been there for an hour and they would not refund my money.I literally was there for thirty minutes.And during thirty minutes...

“The free breakfast was decent. Hot eggs, bacon, turkey sausage. Can make your own waffles. Bagels, yogurt, etc. The food was fine for what it is. The room was clean. Our first room had a nonfunctional A/C unit. We switched and the other room had no issues. Did not use other parts of hotel. Good location. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.”

“Both Expedia and the hotel were awful customer service wise. My reservation was fully processed by the app, but the hotel said they couldn't find me in their system. After about an hour of asking for help by both avenues. I gave up and left for my event that we were now late for. I ended up having to find a totally different hotel at midnight.”

“Out of in room Nespresso coffee pods throughout entire stay. Entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Fire alarm was going off throughout evening /night. Will not stay here again. ”
