Hotel vicino a Occoneechee Mountain State Natural Area - Hillsborough

“I liked they had a good breakfast. I did not like that handicap room was so small. Definitely was not wheel chair accessible if one had been needed. Overall it was a clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff Pricilla and Ii did not get the black guy's name that found scissors to open my husband's package were marvelous and made the stay welcoming. Rm 110”

“Very clean room, small but very efficient. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff, responded quickly to questions and requests. Parking was tight but easily accessible and safe. Breakfast choices were modest but generous. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, easy access to highway,but quiet and private. Would stay here again. ”

“ I checked in and after 30 min had to leave and find another place to stay, the bad smell in the room was terrible, the front desk tried to help me with a spray and it didn't work, i bought one spray didn't work either, not even a plastic cup in the room, dirty in a ver very bad condition, i can't understand why this place still opened and having guets coming over, this is unsane for expedia and for extended stay chain hotels, i'll appreaciate a reasonable answer to this maater”

“It wasn’t even finished be built. The parking lot wasn’t even completely paved. Hotels.com didn’t even know it wasn’t built. They sent me confirmation emails before my trip”

“The bed was nice and firm, bath tub was comfortable. Room overall was cozy.”

“The breakfast was plentiful and had many choices, and the eating area is very pleasant. Our room was very clean and we were very fortunate to get a place on the seventh floor. I was sorry to see that this Hampton has added a $10.00 parking fee, which seems a bit much for self parking your car in their outdoor lot.”

“Ein gutes & sauberes Hotel, was allerdings wohl schon ein paar Jahre hinter sich hat. Besonders das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, Zimmertausch unkompliziert erledigt. Das Frühstück war gut & mal etwas anders als „nur typisch amerikanisch“. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt & würden wiederkommen.”

“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“The entire staff was friendly and offered suggestions for things we needed in the area. We received an early check in which was helpful with our trip from northern Maryland.”

“Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. ”

“Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us.”

“Gorgeous property, friendly staff, and the most important to me, It was exceptionally quiet. Often we travel and have a hard time sleeping due to noise. It was a perfect day and we will return when in town.”
