“When we first arrived we got a terrible room, it was filthy and not at all like pictures uploaded online, my husband and I considered not staying at all as it was so terrible. We were moved to another room which was much smaller but noticeably cleaner and renovated to look a little bit more presentable. Still nothing too exciting and the other room had already put a bad taste in our mouth. We ended up staying and it was okay for the nights we were there but just based on the false advertising on...

“At first we thought it was fairly clean but when I went to make breakfast I found a frying pan in the cupboard with rice and grease still on it. There is no salt or pepper or anything to make cooking a little easier while traveling. We had two big towels for 5 people. The master bedroom is on the main road and the sound of traffic is quite loud. It was expensive for what it is.”

“Breakfast wasn't very fresh. Advertised queen beds and it was double beds. Room was at least clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would probably not stay there again. Carpets in the hallway and stairs is old musky and dirty.”

“The smell of the room (I've stayed in 2 different rooms here while in town for work) will knock you over when you first walk in (if you're normally a clean person) - it smells like someone's been hiding a year's worth of work socks and underwear under a mattress. The rooms are "generally clean" but I had a look around with my handy dandy UV light in the dark and, yeah, no. The views are underwhelming but we were there to sleep and work - although we did get to enjoy a view into the trailer park...

“Interesting location in the woods with a nice view to the east. Very helpful owners that keep the accommodations in immaculate condition. Comfortable bed in a quiet and large bedroom.”

“The rooms were nice and clean and the staff at the front counter were also very nice. But one thing that disgusted me and for sure I will not be going back for is the breakfast. I had booked a breakfast included room and the first day we stayed we ate and as we were going and discarding anything that we didn’t eat, one of the staff dug through the garbage and took out the jam and peanut butter packets and washed them and put them back on the table and told us that those are still reusable....

“Unique boutique hotel , a couple blocks from the harbour walkway. Recently renovated with king bed , large screen tv, All good Flip side / communications for check in was a horror show. My anti virus program had me avoid the supplied link: with another couple waiting for desk agent to show up The patio was not clean. However the agent Daniel was helpful in getting everyone settled”

“The washroom is small there was not enough space to put your stuff.. sink is too low..”

“Lovely view and clean room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, we would stay there again.”

“The accommodations were very comfortable and well appointed. Extras that you don’t often find. The pool, hot tub and sauna were clean and very nice. The restaurant served excellent food with excellent customer service. Waterfront views and beach access across the street. There is no elevator but staff will gladly help with luggage if need be. I would love to return sometime!”

“The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there was only one comfy chair to watch TV, one watched TV in comfort while the other watched while sitting in a hard kitchen chair. This was our 4th time staying at the hotel. ”

“Niente di speciale solo abbastanza vicina centro. Fortunatamente parcheggio per lasciare macchina anche se esterno. Non mi è piaciuto perchè si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera per 2 gg. Scomodo in quanto l'ascensore non arriva al piano delle camere ma bisogna scendere di 5 gradini per andare alla nostra camera terzo piano con le valigie pesanti. ”
