“No hot water,, cancelled the stay”

“Every employee we encountered was friendly and ready to help. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast buffet had a tasty variety of foods - pastries, cereals, scrambled eggs with hot sauce available. And we didn't try the welcoming cookies in the lobby, but they looked good.”

“Gosh, the staff was very courteous & noticed the smallest details to ensure our stay was memorable. They greeted us with genuine care & I must say that they have been exceptionally trained in customer service. Food was delicious & well-presented. The room was clean & tidy. We loved our stay!”

“The bedding was clean. The A/C was cold. It was a safe place to sleep. I would not choose this hotel again for these reasons: The bathroom floor was dirty. It was loud- the sound from the highway/ outside was as if the window or door was open. Lastly, on the morning of our check out, a man dressed in street clothes knocked on our door, said 'Housekeeping', and when we answered the door, he said, "Are you almost done?" ”

“First time staying at this Hampton Inn. Easy access from the highway, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location for food and activities. The only thing close to a negative was the pool not being heated, but it was January during our stay. It was cold water, but it didn’t keep my kids out of the water. All in all, I would have no issue staying here again. ”
