“The location of this property to the downtown area is great. The property was clean and well kept. In a town where parking is at a premium, this property was super with its own parking. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying there again. Staff is awesome. Accidently left some earrings called and staff went right over and found them. Can’t say enough good things about this VRBO property. ”

“We came by boat with friends to the marina at Holiday Island. We were staying the weekend to visit Eureka Springs. The place was as described and actually exceeded my expectations!! The owner was friendly and VERY accommodating!!!Overall a great weekend for us and the VRBO made it even better!!”

“We actually were moved from this location due to the AC not working. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. Being on a budget, we took all our meat, veggies, cheese, etc, however to carry our food to top floor to use the kitchen wasn’t our cup of tea. We ended up eating our...

“The property manager was very communicative prior to the stay and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. The property is exactly as described and was very clean. Yes, it has a smell as others noted but this was just a camping outdoorsy smell that one can expect when staying in a cabin. I found that once we ran the AC for a bit the smell was gone. Overall would recommend and would stay again! ”
