“A nice place to stay when you travel in this area”

“The guy that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The girls in the mornning didn't acknowledge us. The room was very clean and comfortable. We missed breakfast because of the time--thought Central and it was Eastern--maybe staff could advise at check-in. But maybe our fault. It was a very nice place to stay.”

“I was with a group, so didn’t do activities. Front desk was extremely kind and helpful. My breakfast was good. I saw many people enjoying making waffles. It’s definitely a family-friendly place. Because there’s no elevator in the building we were in, I requested a 1st floor room, and it was great, and convenient.”

“Air conditioner was not cold. Breakfast was gone by 9am. Housekeeper took half full bottles and threw them away. Close to holiday world, the only reason we stayed but probably would not stay again.”

I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. ”

“There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower.
