“The history and story of restoration were interesting. Most striking were the helpful and personalized communications from the manager and staff. The price paid through Xpedia was reasonable, I would not use the phone number advertised for reservations as it appeared routed to a call center and was a significantly higher price than online booking price. “NO ELEVATORS!!!.. Other than that it is always convenient being its the only hotel in town. Room are clean. Tub step down is really high up. A/C wasnt very cool either. We did the suite and the room very spacious. Of course ill be back. ”

“We had a 2 night stay over the weekend at Loyd Hall Plantation. We stayed in the Magnolia... The cottage was very clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of towles, hand towels and wash cloths. We were asked if we needed anything, which we did not. There was Bidy wash, soap, shampoos, conditioners and lotion in the restroom if any was needed. Plenty of coffee, creamer and sugar.
