Case in affitto a Fairfield

“I cannot speak highly enough of the help and support provided by the hosts. It was excellent. The property itself was as described and the cleanliness and facilities were first class and made a big contribution to a successful and enjoyable experience. We all enjoyed the very spacious rooms and garden including a working hot tub that you don’t always get. Any enquiries made of the hosts were dealt with promptly and efficiently without any fuss. I fully recommend this property to anyone looking...

“Our stay last weekend was fantastic! The house was just as described in the listing, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. Communication with the host was effortless from start to finish, making the whole experience completely stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We booked this property out of desperation after our previous reservation was cancelled unexpectedly by the host. The house is closer to the family we were visiting, so that certainly helped, however the property was rather underwhelming. I've stayed in 10 VRBOs the last few years and each one prior felt welcoming and like I was staying in someone's home. This felt very much like it's only given minimal attention in order to increase the income. The flooring is in need of a true deep...

“This house was a great value and close to discovery kingdom. Host was responsive and friendly.”

“This property smells, can't decided if it's the cleaning solution they use to mask something else, or just smells. There are people who come and go in the basement. There is only 1 bathroom, and ZERO outlets in the bathroom. This is in a not so nice neighborhood and the parking stinks. You have to climb a ridiculous amount of steps to get in. Will not return. This place is WAY overpriced for what it is.”

“The host was extremely responsive and welcoming. ”

“I was shocked by how big the space was! So easy to find, the grounds are well taken care of, super clean and stocked with just about anything you’d need. The perfect stay!”

“My family and I were in between houses during her move and her new house wasn’t ready yet. The owner of this property allowed early check-in while communicating with us the entire time. Not only did they allow early check-in we were able to extend our stay multiple times the day of our checkout, because I was still in limbo with a new house. They were able to accommodate us without having to repay the deposit or the host fee, which was so greatly appreciated considering our situation. The house...

“Cutest house ever! Super cozy, comfy beds, great kitchen. Very walkable to downtown. Definitely recommend La Casita! Thanks for a great place, Belinda!”

“The property is quiet, clean and relaxing. Well appointed with all amenities needed for a pick weekend getaway.”

“This was a lovely stay in Napa! Easy communication with the host and nice to be within walking distance of downtown! Definitely recommend!”

“Great location! A perfect place to stay for 2 couples. ”

“Great beds”

“The location was excellent for us. Quiet neighborhood with good access to the freeway and local businesses. It was nice to have the enclosed backyard with patio and the beds were very comfortable.”

“The house was perfect for our little group. The location was the best part and was walking distance to downtown. The hot tub was an added bonus.”

“We had a lovely time at Daniel's property--very peaceful with easy access to wine tasting and downtown Napa. Daniel was very communicative and helpful as a host.”

“Great location- 1/2 mile walk to the restaurants and park at Todos Santos Plaza. Home stocked with the essentials plus a few extras that made our stay easier- dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, ziplock bags and the like.. We enjoyed our 10day stay and would definitely rent again if staying in the area. Neighborhood feels quiet and safe. Some extra traffic related to the church across the street, especially on Sundays, but there is driveway parking for 2 cars. Highly recommend.”
